This is my first time trying the black version of the 201 Dual Contour Blender Brush and yes it's significantly improved compared to the older generation. The flat side grab and apply the foundation like magic. The blender part is denser and pushes the product inside the skin more efficiently. Overall, the final look that this brush is giving you is truly airbrushed 🫠😍🙏🏻Thanks Eve, I'm hooked now. Honestly, it's unbelievable how good this product is.

This brush does all the work for you. Remember when you are using the Liquid foundation or Dual foundation you don't need a lot of product (plus you can always build if you need more). I find this brush just glides over the face and with a bit of stippling in the places I need it, gives me the kind of coverage I love so much. Very easy to wash and put back in the pouch it came in. I have about 4 of these as I never want to run out LOL.

I never write negative reviews but I have to say, I’m very disappointed in these brushes. The only good thing was, I purchased these when they were on sale, had I paid full price, I would be even more upset, these are not $50 brushes. I’ve owned several brands of makeup brushes and figured I give these a shot. Although they are soft, they absorb A LOT of makeup. I had to use twice the amount of makeup to even get coverage for my foundation, and my foundation isn’t cheap so this made me mad. On top of having to waste 2x product, it didn’t blend my makeup out at all, instead just smeared it around leaving lines and blotches. I tried numerous ways to get these to work, no such luck.
