Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority! If you are unhappy with any of your EVE PEARL® products, please contact us first by email at email@example.com or by phone at +1.973.664.7088. We are available to take your call Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
We only accept returns for items purchased through www.evepearl.com within 30 days of original purchase date.
After speaking with a member of our team, we can determine whether to refund the amount of the purchase to the original form of payment (less original shipping charges) or to have a replacement item shipped to you at no cost. Our team may request a photo of the order or items to verify products and to help us improve our services.
Please be advised that items marked final sale, part of a promotional period, or orders over 30 days from original purchase date may not be eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
