I have a medium-brown to deep skin tone. My makeup skill level is average (eg daily looks and the occasional outing look). The texture of the lipstick/lip product itself feels fine, but I’ve noticed that most of the lighter shades—such as pinks and creams—tend to blur out or fade very quickly, often within a minute, leaving more of a translucent gloss effect.

The browns and reds perform ‘better’—they’re more visible and last longer. But I would not say as long as a brown or rouge/reddish lip pencil. The lighter browns seem to have a similar outcome to the lighter pigments.

When I purchased this palette, I was looking for versatility, variety, and convenience. However, because of the issues I’ve experienced with the lighter shades, I’d rate it lower. In my opinion, the palette may currently be better suited for lighter skin tones.

Though I’ll continue to use it and find ways to finish the product.

I was in need of a lip palette, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this palette I fell in love with this color story. The lipsticks have great coverage and opacity, nice creamy texture. The formula is hydrating also. Great purchase.

All the colors are beautiful and slide onto my lips so smoothly and they also have a little shine to each color which I love. Definitely a keeper.
