THE TRUTH ABOUT SPF IN COSMETICS
With all the information about the dangers of sun damage we should be more educated than ever on how to protect ourselves. Many of us think we’re doing all we can, but are we?
According to the American Cancer Society, in the last 40 years skin cancer is on the rise at over 200%. That’s more than breast, prostate, lung and colon cancer combined. Nearly 5 million people are treated for skin cancer each year. The American Cancer Society also advises an SPF15 or greater for protection and to apply it every 2 hours. Apply every 2 hours! Just want to make sure you didn’t miss that.
The Beauty Industry is overflowing with makeup products containing SPF (Sun Protection Factor) …up to 50 and even 70 in the US. SPF is featured in skincare, primers, foundations and powders promising to deliver sunscreen protection. Though, these makeup products have sunscreen ingredients, they do not have the proper amount of coverage or the capabilities to protect against UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays.
Most of us would need to reapply that SPF foundation at least 5-10 times a day to get the SPF coverage stated on that packaging. How many times do you apply and reapply your foundation? I apply my foundation and makeup once a day early in the morning…and it lasts all day long (thank goodness).
Do you think this might be creating a false sense of protection? Inadvertently misleading us to believe that those SPF cosmetics are protecting us from the harmful rays, when they are not?
Did you think applying cosmetic products with SPF and seeing the visible signs of makeup meant you were protected? When in reality you were NOT. Simply put, without the capabilities to protect against UVA and UVB rays, sunscreen makeup simply does not live up to the expectations.
It is time we took responsibility for our skin, with knowledge, choices and follow through. If you want to protect your skin from the sun you can apply actual sunscreen. A 30-50 SPF will give you protection up to 96%. Apply and reapply in summer and winter…as needed. There are also things like a hat, sunglasses, clothing and more. Let’s not forget, the most natural way to get vitamin D is by exposing your bare skin to sunlight. As with most things, everything in moderation!
Stay connected; there will be a follow up on how to use your favorite sunscreen in conjunction your favorite foundations and beauty products.

Sharing my experience investing in Bitcoin and losing money to scammers is something I’m willing to do. Nevertheless, you can get your stolen bitcoins back. I was led to assume that Bitcoin recovery was impossible, so I never gave it much thought. I did, however, lose over $92,000 as a result of falling for a forex scam that promised excessively high profits somewhere in May. After a month of looking for assistance, I eventually found an article on Reddit about recovering stolen cryptocurrency and contacted (wizardjamesrecovery@usa.com). Because I had heard about negative situations, I was quite dubious and afraid. Nevertheless, I chose to give him a shot, and to my utter amazement, I was able to retrieve all of my stolen bitcoins from the scammers in a remarkably short amount of time. Additionally, they were able to show me the most reliable and authentic Bitcoin investment.

A few weeks ago, I received an email that claimed I had won a staggering $2 million Bitcoin giveaway sponsored by Binance. At first glance, the message appeared legitimate. It featured official logos, polished wording, and a link that redirected me to what seemed to be Binance’s real website. Everything looked perfect: the login page was professional, there was a security padlock indicating a secure connection, and even the URL was almost identical to the actual Binance site.Caught up in the excitement of what I thought was a lucky break, I entered my credentials without a second thought. When prompted, I also provided my recovery phrase to “verify eligibility.” It was a decision I would soon regret. Within minutes, I received a sinking feeling in my stomach as I realized that my entire cryptocurrency portfolio had been wiped out. It wasn’t just my Bitcoin (BTC) that was gone; the scammers had drained everything, including my Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).The realization hit me hard, and I felt utterly sick. I had always prided myself on being cautious and knowledgeable about online scams, but the fake site was so convincing that I had let my guard down. After hours of panicking and feeling helpless, I knew I had to take action. I began searching for help and stumbled upon PRO WIZARD GIlBERT RECOVERY, a team that specializes in crypto scam investigations to recover my lost assets, I reached out to them, sharing my experience and the details of the scam. The team was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the recovery process step by step. They explained how they could trace the transactions and work to recover my stolen funds. With their expertise, I felt a glimmer of hope. After two days of diligent work, I was ecstatic to learn that I had recovered 90% of my cryptocurrency. The relief was overwhelming, and I couldn’t believe that I had managed to reclaim what I thought was lost forever. I now understand that even the most convincing emails can be traps, and I will always double-check before taking any action in the future.

I never thought I’d fall for it but I did. It all started with what seemed like a promising crypto investment opportunity I found through a popular social media platform. The project looked legitimate, with a sleek website, professional looking team profiles, and glowing testimonials. After doing what I thought was enough due diligence, I invested. First $5,000. Then $10,000. Over the next few months, I put in a total of $153,000. The returns were amazing on paper. My account showed massive gains, and I was told I could “withdraw soon.” But when I tried to cash out, I was hit with endless delays, excuses, and requests for additional “verification fees.” That’s when the panic set in: I realized I’d been scammed. I felt sick. Devastated. Embarrassed. After days of searching online, I came across Malice Cyber Recovery, a firm that specialized in tracing and recovering lost digital assets. I was skeptical at first I’d already lost so much, and I wasn’t ready to be taken advantage of again. But their team was incredibly professional and transparent from the start. They explained the recovery process in detail and didn’t make any unrealistic promises. They began with a full investigation, tracing the blockchain transactions and identifying the wallet addresses involved. Within a week, they had compiled enough evidence to begin their recovery strategy. It wasn’t easy and it wasn’t overnight but within a matter of weeks, I received the news I never thought I’d hear They had recovered my $153,000. I cried. Not just because I got my money back but because someone actually cared enough to help me. If you’ve fallen victim to a crypto scam, don’t suffer in silence. Malice Cyber Recovery gave me my life back and they just might be able to do the same for you
