EVE PEARL Shipping Policy

• Online orders received before 2PM EST on any business day will be processed and shipped the day they are received, however please allow the following number of Business Days (Weekends not included) for processing orders (please note that your order may not ship out the same day it is processed due to weather and unforeseen factors)
  Online Orders – 3-5 business days
  Phone or Email Orders - 5-7 business days
  Reseller Orders 7-10 business days
  Orders placed during large promotions - 10-15 Business Days


• Orders are shipped via Federal Express.  
  Ground – if it is to be delivered to a business
  Ground Home - if delivered to a home
  International Priority – For all International Orders (includes Puerto Rico and other US territories)


• If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please choose express shipping to ensure speedy delivery.
  FedEx 2 Day
  FedEx Express Saver (2-3 business days)
  FedEx Standard Overnight
  FedEx Priority Overnight


• Please provide your physical street address for delivery as FedEx dies not deliver Orders with shipping addresses to PO Boxes.
  
  
  • All FedEx Ground and Ground Home deliveries are delivered with “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” and will be left at the door if customer is not available to receive package.  To ensure that you receive your products, please make sure you are having your products shipped to a place you feel is safe for your packages to be left at the door, or choose an Express Shipping Method which requires a signature.
  
  
  • All Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. 


• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  
  
  • If you place two orders within a 24-48 hour per period to the same shipping address, your orders will ship out separately unless otherwise instructed.

EVE PEARL® will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by EVE PEARL. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges.
