Order and Shipping Policy

Orders may be placed through our website or via phone by calling toll free at 866-335-1550.  Under normal circumstances, for online orders requesting standard shipping, orders received by 12:00 noon, Monday - Friday, will be processed within 1 - 3 business days.  Under normal circumstances, for online orders requesting express shipping, orders must be received by 1:00pm, Monday - Friday, in order to be processed the same day.  Online orders requesting express shipping received after 1:00pm may not be processed until the next business day (excludes weekend days and holidays).  See below for full schedule of shipping times.


EVE PEARL Shipping Policy

  • Please allow the following number of business days for processing standard shipping orders, prior to shipping (weekend days and holidays are not included):
    Online Orders: 1 - 3 business days
    Phone or Email Orders: 3 - 5 business days
    Reseller Orders: 5 - 7 business days
    Orders placed during large promotions: 7 - 10 business days
  • Please provide street address for delivery as FedEx does not deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes.
  • All deliveries are delivered with “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” and will be left either in your mailbox or at the door; if you are not available to receive the delivery, to ensure the safety of your package, please make sure you have your products shipped to a place you feel is safe for your packages to be left.
  • Available shipping services.  
    Standard Delivery (default service: 3 - 5 shipping days, depending on location; NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, package will be left in mailbox)
    FedEx 2Day® (2 business days, after shipping; see above for cutoff times for same day shipping)
    FedEx Priority Overnight® (next day delivery by approx. 10:30am, depending on location, after shipping; see above for cutoff time for same day shipping)
    FedEx International Priority® – For all International Orders (includes Puerto Rico and other US territories)

  • If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please choose express shipping to ensure speedy delivery.

  • All Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. 
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    • If you place two orders within a 24 - 48 hour per period to the same shipping address, your orders will ship out separately unless otherwise instructed. 
    • Please contact us (contact@evepearl.com) or by phone at 866-335-1550 with any changes you may want to make to an order ASAP as we may have already shipped your order.


      EVE PEARL® will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by EVE PEARL. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges.
