We'll gladly accept returns for any full priced EvePearl.com products upon receiving your items within 45 days of the PURCHASE date.  To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product.  Please note that any complimentary gifts that accompanied orders during a promotional period must be returned along with the purchased items in order to receive a full credit.  Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.  We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Return Refunds and Credits
PLEASE NOTE: For orders placed on or after December 1, 2010, we'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 45 days of the PURCHASE date.  For orders placed on or before November 30, 2010, we'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date.  Items purchased during an EVE PEARL® Black Pearl Sale are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.  PLEASE NOTE: After the allowed return window has passed, you will receive your refund in the form of a store credit. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a store credit.  We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. Exchanges
If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other EVE PEARL® products.  Items for exchange must be received within 45 days of purchase date.  Items purchased during an EVE PEARL® Black Pearl Sale are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please Note:
If any items are returned from a purchase that had promotional items, those promotional items must be returned as well.  Otherwise promotional items will be charged at full price.
