RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return by Mail
We'll gladly accept returns for any EvePearl.com products upon receiving your items within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Please note that Complimentary Gifts that accompanied orders during a Promotional period must be returned along with the purchased items in order to receive a full credit. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:

Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 60 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a store credit. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If any items are returned from a purchase that had promotional items, those promotional items must be returned as well. Otherwise promotional items will be charged at full price.
