Citibank held the event in response to its latest small business survey, which revealed that a majority of small business owners are not leveraging social media. The live webcast provided small business owners with an overview of how to harness the power of social media to market and expand their business. Social media expert Brian Solis and celebrity makeup expert Eve Pearl spoke to more than 150 small business owners – both online and in person – about the role of social media in growing a business.
