A: CosmeNutrients®, are a fusion of cosmetics with nutrients. We blend CosmeNutrients® into all of our EVE PEARL products. This combines the unique blends of vitamins, minerals, proteins, peptides and anti-oxidants in a cream makeup! We use the anti-oxidant Astaxanthin. This is a powerful micro algae, Haematococcus pluvial to be exact- a single cell plant that at the very beginning of the food chain. It is 1,000 times stronger than vitamin E for lipid peroxidation and 550 times stronger than vitamin E and 40 times stronger than beta-carotene for single oxygen quenching. It helps to fight the effects of the aging process. EVE PEARL products also have anti-inflammatory properties that reduce burn levels after UVB exposure.

A: EVE PEARL is good for all skin types! Our products are great for sensitive, mature, red, acne prone, dry, oily skin etc because the EVE PEARL line contains so many nourishing ingredients. EVE PEARL cosmetics are non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic. Our foundations and concealers are made from a luxurious cream base. They are also infused with our CosmeNutrients® so your skin will always stay nourished.

A: We totally understand concerns about certain makeup when dealing with sensitive, problem skin. Eve created this entire line for people with sensitive and acne prone skin, which Eve has had to deal with most of her life. She wanted to create a makeup that was innovative and that can conceal and help your skin at the same time. When people think of creams, they sometimes affiliate them with pore clogging mineral oils. Most "good for you" natural, mineral powders are dehydrating, give minimal to no coverage and leave acne prone skin looking dry, flaky, chalky and unfinished.

Our hydrating cream foundations mimic a light, greaseless face cream with nourishing vitamins, minerals, proteins, peptides and anti-oxidants. EVE PEARL makeup will actually help to heal acne prone skin with its anti-inflammatory properties. It covers redness and scaring, creating the illusion of flawless skin and the only oil used in our product is 100% natural jojoba oil. More and more dermatologists are learning about the EVE PEARL line and want to carry it. It's good for your skin and it is ideal for women who have injections, laser and face irritations. The word is getting out.

A: Our foundations and concealers are made from a luxurious cream base. They are not an oil or water base like most cosmetics on the market. We suggest applying the foundation to the face using an EVE PEARL Foundation brush. Then, with a moistened EVE PEARL latex free sponge, blend out the product to achieve the level of coverage your desire. You can also build the foundation for a fuller coverage. It's that simple!

A: The difference between the two salmon concealers is simply the packaging. It's up to you to decide which one better suits your lifestyle. The $42 Salmon concealer is packaged in a jar (most professional artists prefer this packaging because they are constantly using a concealer brush with this). The jar also contains a bit more product. The $35 Salmon concealer has a mirror on the inside and is very travel friendly. Most women on-the-go prefer this packaging because they can run their fingertip over the top of the product and gently pat it under their eye. Either way, they both contain the SAME product with the SAME quality and ingredients.

A: Due to shipping fees and the value of our products, we are currently unable to ship out free samples. If you purchase our products and are unhappy with them for any reason, simply ship them back to us at the return address, including your original receipt within 60 days and we can either do an even exchange or reimburse you. Please include the reason you are returning the product and specify whether you are returning this for an exchange or a refund.

A: We are unable to make color or product substitutions involving free gifts or promos. We reserve this right due to supply, demand and the amount of product we carry for the month. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are unable to use the promotional item, perhaps you could pass it on to a friend, or if you are an artist you may use it for your kit. It may even help you to sample out a product that you didn't think of purchasing.

A: Promotional codes apply to individual items for sale only. Our kits and promotional items are already discounted from 30% to 50%, depending on the selection. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply additional discounts to our kits.

A: The first step to becoming an EVE PEARL reseller is purchasing our Premium Kit. The kit consists of the full EVE PEARL line for a savings of over 50%. This is the best way for you to try all of our products before considering selling them. Please note the following:

• All resellers must have a Reseller's Certificate and a Tax ID number.
• We prefer that EVE PEARL Resellers receive training here at our New York City Boutique before becoming a certified reseller.
• We do not grant exclusive rights for any of our products.
• You must sell our products no higher than our retail price.
• We do not supply free testers.
• There is a minimum required purchase for all EVE PEARL resellers.

A: Yes, we offer a Professional Makeup Artist discount of 30% (with proper returned form and proper credentials) or 40% ($50/Black Pearl annual membership fee and returned form with credentials). Once approved (usually within 24 hours) you can start to use your discount. We request that you place your artist discount order via telephone at 212.223.2229.

A: All careers at EVE PEARL start at the intern level. When there is an opening, we offer a two month internship which could most certainly develop into a full time or freelance career with us. Please send your cover letter and resume to contact@evepearl.com. Being an EVE PEARL team member offers amazing hands-on experience in building a brand. We are looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to aid in building our company 16-24 hours per week. Prospective candidates must be at least twenty years of age and available to work 2-3 full 8 hr days per week for at least 2 months. Basic Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation skills are preferable. We accept candidates from all fields of industry and at all experience levels.

A: The EVE PEARL team is able to accommodate walk-ins, however if you have a special event or occasion and would like a professional makeup application, it is best to call in advance to secure your desired date and time and preferred artist.
